POP’s Passion is a place based non profit that focuses on providing educational support and crisis support to families living in fragile communities. We offer out of school services which include parent development meetings, small group mentoring, tutoring and camp programs. Spring & Fall Session Tutors
Spring Session will require Tuesday and Thursday availability. Fall Session will require Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Tutoring sessions will be held between 4:30pm and 6:30pm. The sessions will be in person at 211 Lakewood Ave. Charlotte, 28208. Compensation for this position will range between $14.00 and $20.00 an hour based upon experience. This at will work experience is being provided through a grant and employment will end when funding ends. There are no additional benefits offered.
Camp Counselor
Summer Day Camp sessions will be in person at 211 Lakewood Ave. Charlotte, 28208. The Champions Day camp session is from June 19, 2023 – July 28, 2023. Compensation for this position will range between $15.00 and $20.00 an hour based upon experience. This opportunity is on average a 37 hour work week for 6(six) weeks. This at will work experience is being provided through a grant and employment will end when funding ends. There are no additional benefits offered.
Camp Teachers
Summer Day Camp sessions will be in person at 211 Lakewood Ave. Charlotte, 28208. The Champions Day camp session is from June 19, 2023 – July 28, 2023. Compensation for this position will range between $18.00 and $25.00 an hour based upon experience. This opportunity is on average a 40 hour work week for 6(six) weeks. This at will work experience is being provided through a grant and employment will end when funding ends. There are no additional benefits offered.
